Shipping & Exchange Policy

1. Serviceable Areas & Domestic Shipping

We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India through our primary logistics partners, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post.

• Domestic Coverage: Metro cities, Tier-1, Tier-2, Tier-3 cities, and regional zones across all states and Union Territories.
• International Shipping: Currently, we only fulfill orders within India.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

• Standard Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST on business days are queued for same-day or next-day dispatch.
• Large Equipment & Assembled Printers: Large format 3D printers and bulky hardware may undergo an additional pre-dispatch quality verification check, taking up to 2 business days before freight pickup.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched from our central warehouse in Ernakulam, Kerala, estimated delivery transit times are as follows:

4. Shipping Rates & Calculation

• Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated based on shipment weight, dimensions, and destination pin code during checkout.
• Promotional Free Shipping: Free standard shipping may apply on qualified cart totals as advertised on the website.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the Courier Partner Name and Tracking AWB Number. You can track your order in real time directly on the courier partner's portal.

6. Product Exchange & Replacement Policy

We provide a hassle-free exchange and replacement policy for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Eligibility for Exchange:
  • Items damaged during transit or dead on arrival (DOA).
  • Manufacturing defects verified by our technical team.
  • Incorrect item or specification delivered (e.g., incorrect filament color or nozzle diameter).
• Reporting Window: Any exchange or damage claim must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery.
• Exchange Process:
  1. Email support@iteratelabs.in or WhatsApp +91 884 868 3870 with your Order ID and photographs / unboxing video showing the defect.
  2. Upon verification, Iterate Labs will schedule a free reverse pickup.
  3. A brand-new replacement unit will be dispatched within 24–48 hours of the pickup / receipt of the defective item.
• Exchange Shipping Costs: For valid exchanges due to damage or defects, Iterate Labs covers 100% of reverse and replacement shipping fees.

7. Undelivered Packages & Incorrect Address

Please verify that your shipping address and contact number are accurate during checkout. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incomplete address, incorrect phone number, or customer unavailability after multiple delivery attempts:

• We can re-dispatch the package upon payment of actual re-shipping charges.
• Alternatively, a refund may be issued minus the actual two-way courier freight incurred.
