• DIY Nature of Products: Many of our products (e.g., hotends, motherboards, extruders, nozzles) require technical competence to install. We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your specific brand or model of 3D printer unless explicitly stated.
• Pricing & Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

• Shipping Estimates: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
• Risk of Loss: All physical items purchased from Iteratelabs.in are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Consumables (Filaments, Resins, Adhesives):
  • Filaments are vacuum-sealed with desiccant. Once the vacuum seal is broken, the product cannot be returned or refunded due to moisture-absorption risks, unless a manufacturing defect can be clearly proven.
  • UV Resins must be unopened, untampered, and in their original packaging to qualify for return.
• Hardware and Spare Parts: Electronic parts, nozzles, and mechanical upgrades cannot be returned if they have been installed, soldered, or modified.
• Filing a Claim: Any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting unboxing video/photo evidence.

6. Safety Disclaimer & Proper Use

3D printing involves high temperatures, electrical currents, and chemical elements.

• Material Safety: You acknowledge that certain materials (such as ABS, Nylon, and UV Resins) release Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) or require specific ventilation, PPE, and handling. You agree to read and adhere to the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and manufacturer guidelines.
• Hardware Installation: Installation of DIY parts and spare parts (such as heaters, thermistors, and firmware modifications) carries an inherent risk of fire or damage to your hardware. Iterate Labs accepts no liability for damages, injuries, or fires resulting from the use, installation, or misuse of the parts we sell.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Iterate Labs, our partners, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages—arising from your use of any of our products or services.
